Guarantee All of the books sold through the website have an unlimited guarantee. You can order any book and look it over. If you are not satisfied, you can return it at any time and your full purchase price will be refunded (shipping charges excluded), with no questions asked. There is no time-limit to this guarantee: you can return books even after a year.
CDs and DVDs are also refundable but must be received in original condition
If you receive an item that is faulty or damaged, please contact us within a week of delivery at sales@sarahjbuckley.com for a replacement copy.
